This policy applies to Quimerco S.A.S. and involves all employees and people impacted in the development of our activities, including customers, suppliers, contractors and visitors who may be affected partially or totally, temporarily or permanently.

Manifest our permanent commitment to regulatory compliance and how to integrate the mandatory requirements and commitments voluntarily assumed, ensuring compliance with the law, respecting the free market, doing business based on fair competition, ethics and transparency, offering quality products and services, as well as the implementation of preventive measures and continuous improvement in compliance with legal and statutory requirements of national and international level.
The Compliance policy establishes the guidelines to be followed to mitigate security risks in the company, preventing all types of illicit activities such as Corruption, Transnational Bribery, Money Laundering, Smuggling, Terrorism, Drug Trafficking, Trafficking of Substances for the Processing of Narcotics, Financing of Terrorism, Arms Trafficking, among others, through the implementation of procedures and protection measures.
To achieve this purpose we have competent personnel, strategic alliances with business partners, adequate facilities that allow the safe and continuous development of the operation, strengthening the confidence of our partners, business associates and market positioning.
Considering the national and international context, Quimerco is committed to:
- Identify risks (AEO, SAGRILAFT, PTEE), evaluating and managing their probability and impact in order to implement measures to prevent legal, reputational, operational and contagion materialization.
- Implement and maintain practices of Transparency, Ethics and Security in all company processes, through the responsible management of information, activities and personnel.
- To have effective mechanisms and controls in place to ensure physical security, access to facilities and internal controls.
- Ensure reliable business relationships with business partners/counterparties (customers and suppliers) that allow the good performance of operations.
- Encourage the participation of all employees in identifying risks and making decisions related to safety, ethics and transparency.
- Achieve, maintain and improve the competencies or skills of personnel through training to ensure a suitable and reliable human resource for the operation.
- Establish compliance objectives and goals to be reviewed periodically by the Compliance Committee to identify areas for improvement and take the necessary corrective actions.
All managers, officers and interested parties shall be committed to comply with this policy and non-compliance shall be considered sufficient reason to apply the sanctions that the company deems appropriate to generate, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, as well as those established in the Internal Work Regulations and Code of Ethics.
This policy will be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
